Given that this is made by Mountain Dew, it's not surprising that this drink is available everywhere, and has been since it first came out. Nor is it surprising that it tastes like slightly altered Mountian Dew and has virtually no noticeable effects on one's flagging mind and body (when compared with normal Mountain Dew). 2/5 Genkis.

Update: 02/06 - Tried this one again, and was surprised to find that it tasted strongly of ginseng (or at least ginseng gum flavor). I think this knocks it up a notch. 3/5 Genkis

Yup. This is simply MOUntain Dew on Roids. And I love it. It was also one of the first energy drinks to roll out on to the scene.Very average, a much better alternative to MDX in my opinion, however.
