The American version of this drink tastes very similar to the Japanese product, but lacks some of the more interesting ingredients (such as Nicotine), and has somewhat less kick for it. I think it is also a bit less sweet than the Nihhon version. Go to Japan and get yourself the real thing. 3/5 Genkis.
